All orders are processed within 2-3 days.
Orders are not shipped on Bank Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or faulty item in your order.
Please contact us 07307 595048 with in 3 days so that we can arrange for item to be returned and replaced.
Returns must be unused and returned along with the original packaging this does not apply to (damaged or faulty items).
We will process returned products as quickly as possible and send you a refund or replacement
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back.
