The perfect recipe for tea time

Always Use good quality loose leaf or bagged tea
Always fill the kettle with freshly drawn cold water
When brewing black and oolong teas allow the water to reach boiling point before pouring onto the leaves
When brewing green tea boil water and then allow it to cool slightly before pouring onto leaves
Measure the tea carefully into the pot. Use one tea bag or one rounded teaspoon of loose tea for each cup to be served
Allow the tea to brew for the number of minutes
Small leafed black tea normally needs 2-3 minutes
Larger leafed black tea needs 3-5 minutes
Oolong teas needs 5-7 minutes
Green tea needs 1-3 minutes
